Hi there! We're Nick and Katie Lyle, a dynamic husband and wife real estate team and one of the top-producing realtor teams in Cincinnati, serving the Westside, Eastside, and everywhere in between! Over the years, we've learned how to leverage and trust each other’s different strengths and specialties to provide the best possible service to our clients.

We also own a home remodeling company. Using Nick's general contracting experience and extensive knowledge of how a home is built, along with the costs of owning or fixing up a home, has become invaluable to our buyer clients. Katie's eye for design, keen marketing and negotiating skills, and excellent communication from start to finish help get our clients' homes sold as quickly and for as much money as possible.
