When I decided to sell my Ocean City condo this summer, I contacted an established OC rental agent to see if he could recommend a realtor. He did: Nick Preziosi. I was glad he did! Nick was the ultimate professional from the first time I met Nick to the “for sale” sign going up to back-and-forth negotiations until we met again at the settlement table. Besides having extensive knowledge about OC’s inventory and the market, Nick is easy to communicate with. When I needed a contractor, Nick contacted a painter who came that same day; when I needed a locksmith, he recommended one who came the next day. He worked with the condo president to get all the documents needed for the buyer and the bank. Nick helped me navigate the sometimes complicated twists and turns along the way (especially the need to take the MD tax exemption form seriously.) Selling a condo that’s been in my family for 40 years wasn’t easy, but Nick made the entire process as pain-free as possible.
