Nick Phillips

The purchase of some investment properties led to an epiphany for Nick Phillips: he had a passion for real estate. After graduating with a degree in Business Management from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington, Nick moved to Chicago to work in sales. Once he realized he could use his skills in the field of real estate, he dove in headfirst in 2007 and has thoroughly enjoyed the industry ever since. In his free time, Nick enjoys CrossFit, traveling, going to the beach, spending time with family and friends, and supporting the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.

"I work in multiple facets of this industry depending on whatever my clients need from me. My ultimate goal is to be the expert on any and all real estate topics that are important to my clients. My territory includes all of the South Bay and surrounding areas, and I'm accustomed to accommodating the requirements of a wide range of price points—from $300,000 to $7,000,000+."
