My favorite attributes of Nicole would be her honesty and patience. Throughout this whole journey she only gave me her honest opinions and was extremely patient when answering all of my questions.

As a first time home buyer I had no idea what I was doing but I felt very secure with Nicole as my agent. The thing I appreciate the most was that she never inputted her own biases/opinions until I asked for them. Her dedication to being objective is just one of the several reasons why every one of her clients trust her.

Nicole was a fantastic realtor! As a first time home buyer, Nicole was so patient with us and professional through the entire process. None She was WONDERFUL!!!!

This was our first time buying a home and Nicole Courtney made us feel at ease during the whole process. We purchased a new-build home and she was there every step of the way. She almost always had answers to all of my questions, and if not she had no problem reaching out to the home builders or our lenders to find the answers. That itself took such a huge load off of our backs. It always felt like she was working in our best interests. I expected the home-buying experience to be very stressful, but thanks to Nicole it was not that way at all!

I have never met anyone who is as dedicated to her clients and profession as Nocole Courtney. She has great work ethics. She betters herself and her business any opportunity she gets.
