Nicole made the entire home buying experience extremely pleasant. Having dealt with other agents in the past my wife and I were thouroughly surprised with how open, knowledgeable, considerate Nicole was the entire time! She handled our purchase professionally and quick. Her research into the homes we choose and ultimately bought were extremely helpful and welcomed! All in all I will be recommending her to anyone looking to find a new home!

Nicole Courtney went beyond our expectations and was wonderful to work with!

We randomly contacted Nicole Courtney when we became interested in a condo we found on the internet. She responded immediately, answered our questions fully, and followed up quickly and completely. When it became clear that this property did not meet our requirements, we chose to stick with Nicole because of all the factors I mentioned above. We continued our search with Nicole and she was always on top of things. We were buying from many states away and from a different time zone and no matter what day or time it was, Nicole always responded or made herself available to us including having done many Facetime showings since we could not be there in person. When we finally concluded our search, Nicole made the the actual sale and closing a breeze. Going one step further she and her staff provided us many resources such as tradespeople and utility information after we closed. We will recommend Nicole to others for sure. Nicole was a pleasure to work with!

We met Nicole by chance and it was the best thing for us. We had a realtor previously that really wanted nothing to do with us so we were thrilled with Nicole who showed up when we clicked schedule a showing on realtor.com's app. When we scheduled that showing, the house had already closed, but Nicole is always 7 steps ahead and lined up 3 other showings to make up for it. We really appreciated our time being valuable and because our pricepoint was extremely competitive, we needed to move quickly. Nicole always kept pace and helped us keep going. Even though we were looking at the lower end of the market, Nicole never made us feel like we weren't important to her. We saw 25 houses in a 4 day period, found one that ticked all the marks and got to work making an offer. Our loan officer said the deal wouldn't happen on time without Nicole and she was able to find more money from the buyer to go towards our closing costs. We can't thank Nicole enough.
