I met Nicole when I walked into an Open House. I let her know right away that I was working with another broker. At that point, she could have told me to go ahead and look around, and she did, but she also did something else. Her job at that location centered on doing the best she could for the owner of the property. So, she requested that as I walk through the home to let her know what might be changed to make for a better showing. She had subtly pulled me into a conversation. Rather than tell, she asked. Before I left, she had me register and gave me a brochure. I was impressed with her professional approach and when my realtor became ill and could no longer help me, I remembered the nice lady at the open house. I reacheded out to Nicole and we looked at houses for the next six months. If she saw flaws, she pointed them out, and throughout the process, I kept getting more and more impressed with her expertise. She wasn't about to let me buy a subpar house. She knows quality.
