Nicole Hamming

Nicole Hamming is the Owner and Designated Broker for Glass House Int'l Real Estate. Licensed since 1994, she has been a successful REALTOR® and understands the challenges of a complicated and fast-paced real estate environment. Nicole has received numerous awards and currently serves on several industry committees, including the WeServ Professional Standards Committee, where she acts as a Mediator/Ombudsman, the ARMLS Appeal Panel, and the AAR Professional Standards Committee. Additionally, she contributes financially to RAPAC to support lobbyists fighting for property owner rights. Her past service spans local, state, and national levels, where she has served in various roles, including Director, Treasurer, and Risk Management member.

Nicole is a graduate of the American Arbitration Association, where she earned her Trained Mediation and Alternative Dispute Resolution Certificate. Lastly, she is committed to a business model built on integrity, transparency, inclusivity, and diversity, collaborating closely with her Sales Associates, vendors, and clients.
