Top notch realtor! Lacey was the absolute best realtor that I’ve ever worked with. She was very knowledgeable about all the subdivisions we looked at, knew specific details about floor plans we visited and the areas we visited. She really listened to what our needs were and fined tuned the list of over 80 house we thought we liked to a handful that were perfect for us. Moving to Arizona a from out of state, it was important for Lacey to be the boots on the ground for us and she always went above and beyond. We were so fortunate to have been introduced to her and her accepting to help us. She made our house purchase in AZ so easy and straight forward. Thank you Lacey and team!!

MASTER OR HER CRAFT . I contacted Lacey from Colorado when I came across her website on line. Lacey from day 1 and miles away jumped in and started supporting my husband and I through this transition. She even went as far to as to find short term living options for me until I could move in.

She is a TRUE MASTER OF HER CRAFT. She stayed within our budget. Did not try to push anything on to me that was out of our price range. She was extremely professional in e wry manner.

When the homeowner took their pool equipment she jumped right in and made sure it was all returned. They gifted us with a great 2 yr home coverage plan and a certificate to have our entire home rekeyed.

The icing on the cake was the extremely thoughtful housewarming gift. She thought of every member of our family. That included our fur kids.

The last few times we sold/purchased, we chose our realtor based on social connections and unfortunately we learned the hard way that having the right realtor really does make all the difference.
