Hello! I am Ryan McCoy with The Real McCoy Group of Coldwell Banker Realty. I joined the team part-time as an agent and licensed assistant three years ago while studying at the University of Delaware Business School. I became a full-time agent upon graduation in January 2022. Working since I was 14 years old in the service industry taught me that taking care of customers and assisting them in achieving their goals and dreams is a passion of mine and the reason I became an agent. Having assisted my mom with her clients for two years, I possess the knowledge and experience to competently address issues for buyers and sellers by finding creative solutions, working behind the scenes with our trusted partners, and ensuring that my clients are fully protected and represented throughout the transaction.
