We were very impressed with the steps she took to help us get our home ready to go on market. She consulted with us on preparing our home for sale, establishing the price together and doing all of the marketing associated for a solid sale (4 days on market). She is excellent with follow-up and managing all details of the transaction. In addition, she has good communication with the Seller's realtor and all questions had a quick response. A real plus is her calm and reassuring demeanor from beginning to end. We highly recommend Nicole and would work with her again on any future transaction either on the buy or sell side.

I have worked with Nicole on the purchase of my very first condo a few years back. She was so incredibly helpful and fed me lots of knowledge on how the process works from start to finish. That along with many other reasons I asked her to help me sell that condo and help me purchase my first house. She knows the market very well and really took the time to ask questions so she knew exactly what I wanted/needed in my next home. Nicole is a fantastic realtor. She has help me throughout the years. I knew that when I was ready to sell our family home, she’d be the one I’d call. Nicole met with me and explained the whole process. We decided together best timing to list and then created a timeline of hinges I needed to accomplish prior to listing. Nicole is very responsive and kept me updated throughout the process.
