We are so pleased to have used Steve and Meriam to list our home. Meriam contacted us as an expired listing call. (We had been listed over two years ago) She continued periodic contact and after listening to presentations from two other very successful agents that we just didn’t mesh with, we called Meriam and Steve.
They came with a totally different demeanor, calm and confident, well prepared and service oriented. Perhaps their non-sales backgrounds (Accounting and Healthcare) contributed to this feeling of being at ease with themselves and us.
Curiously, the sales presentation was also different than what we had seen. The comparable properties were based on the most similar homes (Even though they were slightly further away) rather than the closest and adjusting for dissimilarities.
