Olivia made our first-time home buying process so smooth and easy! She constantly stayed in touch to keep us up to date with any news and/or changes. Since it was our first time buying a home, we knew close to nothing.. Olivia not only answered our questions, but explained in a way we could understand. She was such a wonderful supportive system and glad me the best guidance throughout the whole process. We just bought our house right in time to be home for Christmas; and I know it was because of Olivia’s commitment and hard work. I can’t Suggestion her enough.

Olivia is very knowledgeable about the area. I loved working with her because buying a house is really stressful and Olivia is mellow and kind. She was always available for my questions and was very patient with me.

Olivia is a top notch Realtor. She listed and sold my multi unit investment property in Coos Bay. Olivia’s attention to detail prior to listing was thorough and excellent. She thought of things prior to listing that I didn’t and brought them up early so when it came time to do the listing, all aspects were discussed. No surprises! As issues needed to be addressed through the escrow process, she was on top of the communication every step of the way. I’ve bought and sold several times before but this was by far the most seamless transaction I have experienced. I would recommend her to anyone thinking about buying or selling.
