Hi, my name is Patricia Tertoole and I have been a full-time licensed Realtor since 2013. I speak both English and French and have an excellent working knowledge of the Montreal market and its surrounding suburbs.

One comment I often hear from new clients is, “No one ever told me that," or, "My past agent didn't explain that to me." My approach has always been to ensure buyers and sellers are knowledgeable about each step of the transaction—before, during, and after.
