Positive patience
It was delightful getting to know Patrick as we navigated what I was seeking in a home and where I was interested in "shopping". I know I did not make it easy as he patiently drove me from one end of town to the other before I truly narrowed down my search. He was so knowledgeable in helping me to look at specific things I would have missed or not even had the foresight/understanding to consider.
