Patrick was patient when things went wrong
I met Patrick through a real estate teacher. He came and looked at my 94 yr old mother's very large house. She wasn't ready to sell, but Patrick kept in touch knowing I was going to use him when the time came to sell. He waited 5 years and kept in touch at least once or twice a year. He helped when my mother died 2 wks before her 99th birthday. He helped me through all of my difficulties dealing with the trust my father had put the house and other stuff in. The house was the only thing left. It has been complicated, and he helped with everything that didn't take a lawyer. He was patient and very kind.
