Patti is an excellent realtor who TRULY goes above and beyond. My husband and I relocated to Wisconsin and she helped us every step of the way. We had some hangups along the way, none of them her fault, and she simplified everything. She even helped my parents move here as well. If I ever had to buy/sell again, my call would be to Patti. I'd highly recommend her as well, no question. The best!

As first time home buyers, Patti was instrumental in finding us our dream home. Her knowledge of the area was extensive, and she was able to steer us away from properties that would be more hassle than they were worth. Her negotiation skills are top notch. The day before closing we had our final walk through, and the house was unclean and had several defects that were hidden by furniture and rugs the first time we visited. Patti would not accept that and managed to get us compensation for the extra effort in cleaning and renovation. She was also instantaneous with communication and extremely flexible with her schedule. We highly recommend her services and she is the first name we suggest to our friends who are looking to buy a house.

Patti did a great job selling a property that had some issues. She provided names of good contractors and inspectors. She has an excellent plan to get potential buyers through the house by using all types of media. She has a great grasp of the market and was spot on for asking price.
