Year-over-year, Big Bend’s rolling three-month data shows a dramatic surge in prices, with the typical home value more than doubling while the median list price has also climbed sharply. At the same time, for-sale inventory has thinned considerably, as active listings and new listings are both down steeply compared with a year ago.
