Year-over-year, Big Bend’s rolling three-month data shows softer pricing and slower demand. The typical home value is down roughly 16 percent from last year, while homes sold have fallen by about half and pending sales are down nearly 60 percent.
At the same time, supply has loosened considerably. Months of supply has surged more than threefold compared with a year ago, rising to 4.8 months even though active listings are actually down nearly 30 percent.
