She helped us sell our home and buy a new one as well. We actually had a same day closing and she just made it feel effortless for us. Rachel was amazing!! I was a first time home buyer and really had a lot of questions. She answered all my questions, was very knowledgeable and so sweet. We found a house (literally the first house I sent her) and she took charge right away that same day. We scheduled a tour and she worked around my work schedule and the fact that I was coming from out of town. She even got the buyer's agent to hold off a few days on accepting the multiple offers so I could come down and see the house and have a fair shot.
