Rachel Markley

Rachel is a licensed Tennessee and Georgia Realtor with a Masters degree in Counseling from UT Knoxville. She uses her sharp listening skills and patience to carefully understand client needs whether they are buying, selling, or investing in the Chattanooga area. She prides herself on excellent communication, organization, and caring customer service.

As part of a military family, Rachel is no stranger to the moving process. After her husband’s retirement from the US Marine Corps, their family settled in Rachel’s home state where they are raising 3 young boys. Her family’s last military station was in Tampa, FL so Rachel is familiar with and licensed in Florida and happy to assist with vacation homes or investment properties as well.

In her free time, Rachel enjoys exploring the Chattanooga area with her family, trail running, and trying new restaurants.
