Rasa and Ralph we very helpful and went out of their way when the need arose. They were able to be our eyes and keep things flowing while were were 500 miles away in another state. We are very thankful for all that they did for us.

Rosa Baldino was highly recommended by good friends of ours. Rosa's professionalism, attention to detail and local knowledge of the real estate market we significant factors in our house selling in just eleven days! We couldn't have asked for a better realtor experience than with Rasa. Much of our negotiating, inspections, remediation, financing was done from out of state and she was there helping in every aspect. Even after the sale, she has checked in with us to make sure we are enjoying our new home. We would highly recommend Rasa Baldino for buying or selling a property.

We are from Michigan, and plan to retire in East Tennessee, but were completely unfamiliar with realtors in that area. Through internet searches, we found some land we were interested in seeing, and made contact with the realtors showing those properties. We also asked the couple who rented a cabin to us for our visit to refer a land broker/realtor, and they strongly recommended Rasa Baldino. Of all the realtors we contacted, only two replied to our queries, and only Rasa was willing to meet with us in person. She immediately understood our goals and requirements.

Our realtor, Rasa Baldino, demonstrated an intimate familiarity with the land market in the Sevier, Blount, and Jefferson counties areas of East Tennessee. She was able to show us parcels which met and, in the case of the parcel we chose, exceeded our expectations. Rasa guided us through the negotiation process, was relentless in securing the terms of the purchase from the owner/developer and his local agent, expedited the survey, and ensured that the agreement protected our interests. Her familiarity with the local surveyor, building and financial community led to referrals that proved ideal for our situation.

This is the first time we purchased land, and the first time we would build a home. We relied on our realtor, Rasa Baldino, to guide us through these processes. We quickly established an excellent rapport with her. She understood our goals, was willing to meet with us at her office and at parcel sites, and took the time to explain to us each step of the process. Rasa’s turnaround on our voice, text, and emailed communications was always immediate.

We had very specific goals and requirements in purchasing land to build a retirement home in East Tennessee. We did as much research as we could from our current home in Michigan. Without the skills of our realtor Rasa Baldino, we would not have been able to find, secure, and purchase the parcel which met our requirements, and would still be searching. With her thorough knowledge of the local surveying, building, and financial communities, she also helped guide us through all the processes we will have to complete to build our home. Rasa is a very honest and helpful real estate agent. I was not from the area and was trying to purchase a property from out of state. Her knowledge of the real estate market in the area proved to be very helpful and I got all the relevant information rapidly. She was very professional and quickly responded to any inquiries I had. We would definitely use Century 21 MVP in the future especially with Rasa as our agent.

We have worked with them in the past and we're totally impressed with their professionalism, knowledge and integrity.

They knew we are out of state owners and worked very closely with us to get all the sales arrangements scheduled to fit our travel plans. They have always been prepared and on time in all our dealings with them.

They are both trustworthy professionals that we would use again and recommend to anyone.

While I don't remember any contact with other staff members, the morning of our closing the conference room was clean, paperwork complete and ready. Also the title person was on time and prepared. The entire process was relatively quick and easy.

As stated earlier, we would only go directly to Ralph and Rasa Baldino in any future real estate transactions.

Ralph and Rasa once again did a wonderful job for us. They are extremely professional and will continue to use them for my future real estate needs!
