We have dealt with Ralph and Rasa on several purchase as well as selling a property. We have always had a great experience with them.

We had Dawn show us several properties on different days before we chose this one. She was always willing to meet with us and show properties. Very energetic and loves her job.

We are out of state investors and needed to find an agent that we could trust to find us a cabin that would generate the highest possible returns. Rasa and Ralph were referred to us by some friends that had purchased two cabins in the last few years. Rasa and Ralph were able to steer us away from cabins that looked great on the MLS but had reasons buyers should avoid, they also found us deals that were new on the market and encouraged us to move quickly when the properties were hot. When we went under contract they were great at helping us work through the process of inspections and objections and getting the process moved to closing. We have had the cabin for four months so far and have been very happy with the bookings. We plan on using Rasa and Ralph again when we come back for our second cabin in the next few months.

Rasa is very good at helping clients weed through the unnecessary things & work on what’s important. She had good suggestions on how to proceed when difficulties aroused.
Dawn was very good at listening then leading us to the right fit for our new house. If we needed help with a problem or had questions, Ralph would either find Rasa (she was our main contact) or he was knowledgeable about our case that he could help us. Great team and company!

Ralph and Rasa are both very professional and are excellent Realtors. I live in Charleston, SC and I decided last year, 2018,to purchase a cabin in Sevierville for short term vacation rentals. I met with Ralph first and he showed me a couple of cabins. We finally found a cabin that I was ready to put an offer on. However, the listing agent did not wait for our offer that she knew was coming and ratified a contract with another buyer. Fortunately, that buyer backed out of the contract and as soon as Ralph and Rasa saw that it was back on the market, they immediately called me to let me know. I was able to put an offer on that cabin and with the help and knowledge from Rasa and Ralph we closed on that cabin 11/2018. I have kept this cabin rented since the date of closing. It is has been a great investment.

In late July of 2019 I found another cabin and called Rasa to let her know I wanted to make an offer on it. With her help, I now have two investment properties in Sevierville. I couldn't be happier with these cabins. If I decide to list these properties or purchase another one, I will call Rasa and Ralph.

We had work with Ralph and Rasa when we originally purchased this property and another property we own here. We have always had great experience with them and their team. Their knowledge and expertise is great.

Rasa was awesome with her communication skills . A pet peeve I have as a fellow agent and her client is I always respond to clients texts and she was very good at returning my texts.. From my first inquiry (I was very diligent in my concerns, questions and strategy) to the closing, they were so transparent, had a clear strategy, knew the market like no one else and always worked with me patiently through my difficult questions and my demeanor. They always kept me "in the know" every step of the way. Although we had some big hurdles and multiple offers - their level calm approach and understanding of the market helped us tremendously - not only did they negotiate a great contract, they kept the ball moving despite set backs along the way. I bought the house 7 years ago while on vacation in the area. Ralph & Rasa were tireless in finding properties for my family on 2 days time. All business was done via email & fax & I knew exactly what to expect because Rasa kept me informed. When I thought about selling I called Ralph & Rasa, because of the great experience I had had with them in the past.
Rasa came to the house, asked what I wanted to look for in a new home, assessed the house, instructed me how to show it & assessed the selling price. From December (a really hard time of year to sell) to January we had offers.Rasa guided me & kept me calm if I lost my patience. Our first closing date was January 31. We closed February 27 through no fault of Rasas’, our buyer was getting a VA loan, & it became time consuming. Through all of this time Rasa & Ralph helped us, kept us calm and was always pleasant ( even if I lost my cool). I have since recommended Rasa & Ralph to people who have asked me, I would not go to anyone else!

Ralph and Rasa were very good to work with, this was our first time buying a property thru a broker. Rasa was always very helpful with any questions I had and they stayed on top of things for us and worked quickly and efficiently. They knew exactly what we were wanting in a place and talked me through a lot of things. Very helpful and nice to work with, they will be the ones we call if we ever are looking for more properties!

Rasa went above and beyond in terms of what I expected an agent to take care of. She was able to negotiate a price for many minor repairs quickly with one of her contacts. My time is incredibly limited and her taking the lead on these items was of huge importance to me.

Ralph, Rasa, and Dawn were awesome in every aspect you have no worries when dealing with them it will all be black and white
