Rasa Baldino sold my condo in Pigeon Forge in less than a week. She was very familiar with the market and recent sales comperables and wasn't afraid to push the envelope on the price. That worked out well for us since we got full asking price. I live in Florida so it was nice to have someone to handle the entire transaction for me including the closing. We sold our Tennessee property and bought a house long distance using Ralph and Rasa Baldino as our realtors. Their professional presentation in photographing and marketing of the home was instrumental in in selling in a matter of weeks when we previously had it listed for almost two years with another realtor.
They were always available, understanding of our needs and fulfilling them.

Even though Ralph just had knee surgery, he met with us for the home inspection and went up into the attic to show me pros and cons of the property, and he personally went to the property to follow up on the things the seller agreed to fix, because, at the time, I was back at my old residence, 400 miles away.
