They are outstanding,we would not use anyone else.they take very good care of you.We have used them every time in Tennessee. We have bought many homes and sold many homes in our lifetime. Ralph and Rasa Baldino were excellent it each and every dealing I had with them. This sale took a lot of effort on their part due to the government loan the buyer was using. They kept me informed but did not stress me with details they were able to handle on their own. I highly recommend them and their associate Dawn.

This was the best sales team that anyone could hope for. I expect a lot of people and I can't see anyone doing better!

They kept us up to date every week. Always provided feed back information from people who looked at our house. We were so happy with the service we got from them.

We truly could not have asked for anyone who understood our needs & kept us posted & update more than them. We had another agent for almost a year before them & never knew what was going on with him unless we called him. They actually called us on a regular basis to keep us updated!!

Rasa was very personable and was very easy to work with. She was also very knowledgeable about what the property was worth and she kept us very well informed all along the way.

The sale went very quickly and Rasa was very organized and worked with the rental company our cabin was contracted with. She made all transactions very smooth and answered any questions we had with complete confidence.

We purchased our property 7 years ago and Rasa was our agent then. We were so impressed by her, that we have stayed in contact with her over the years, and when we decided to sell, there was no question who we were going to have list the cabin. In the future, if we decide to buy another property in the area, we plan on having Rasa be our agent. Hands down, she is one of a kind.

Rasa and Ralph Baldino were fantastic partners for selling our home. They helped us navigate the entire process from pre-market repairs, pricing, marketing, negotiation and closing. They gave us fair and honest opinions, and actually listened and responded to our questions and concerns. We would wholeheartedly recommend Rasa and Ralph Baldino!

Rasa helped us find utility contractors, gave us directions, helped research TV, cable and internet companies, Being out of state she went to our inspection for us that we were unable to attend. They picked me up to do the walk through due to some personal conflicts with transportation. They just went above and beyond in so many ways that I cannot even count them.

They explained things that we did not understand (septic system....we had never used before and did not know what to do. They explained how and what to do each month). I could go on and on with questions that I thought were little, but they gave me much more information and made sure I was comfortable before proceeding to the next thing.

Dawn Hurst showed us the house. She was thorough making sure we did not miss something to look at. She also did the walk through with us and she tested everything, even things I was okay not testing. she wanted to be sure we were satisfied.

Dawn and Rasa are amazing. No one better than them. I am sold for life with them! I will never use another real estate agent again! I am a lifer with Rasa and Dawn!

Rasa, did an amazing job during our move and transition to the area. She even gave all the contacts for utilities, gas, cable, water and internet. Even checked on us when we were moved in. She and Century 21 made every part of the transition smooth.

Again being an out of state seller she made sure that we felt like we were dealing with a long time partner. We felt that she always had our best interest.
