I love working with first time home buyers and buyers relocating to the Grand Valley. Taking the time to show them around the valley and explore the neighborhoods they wouldn't know existed otherwise is part of the job I love the most. I typically do between 3 million and 8 million in sales volume every year putting me in the top 10% of agents in my areas. I've lived in Western Colorado for 40 years so I'm very familiar with all the fantastic outdoor opportunities we have to offer.
