We moved from MN to Grand Junction, CO. This meant we couldn’t be present at the home showings in person. We had to rely on Shelby’s face time video’s and her feedback. Shelby gave us both the good and the bad feedback. Not only what we wanted to hear so she could get a sale.
She was always very quick to respond to our texts and if we requested a home showing, she was there within 24 hrs, if not sooner.
In the end, we are very happy with our home. I would HIGHLY recommend Shelby Cannon. I’ve dealt with a few realtors over the years. It’s obvious when you get the ones who have already made their $$$ and now they are just in it for a quick sale. They don’t put much effort in because they just don’t care. This was definitely not our experience with Shelby. She truly loves her job and only wants the absolute best for her clients.

Shelby was the absolute best realtor we could have asked for! She not only sold our house incredibly fast, she also handled our difficult situation with ease! She was on top of reminders, updates, paperwork, and no matter the question, was always there with an answer! We really felt like family and never felt confused or frustrated! Shelby and her team really put in the hard work and they do it VERY well, we would strongly recommend to anyone looking to sell or buy in the Western Slope! 10/10!

Working with Shelby was an absolute pleasure! Moving to GJ from across the country was.... a lot. But we were so lucky to meet Shelby who ended up making one of the most stressful parts of the move really one of the most enjoyable. As a Junction native, her insight and knowledge of the area, coupled with her experience in real estate and her overall wonderful personality made our weekly house visits a highlight. She was never pushy as we worked through figuring out what we wanted and always "knew a guy" any time we needed a recommendation for some other part of the house buying process.
