Rashad has an Executive Leadership Certificate from Cornell University. He's also a Certified Life Coach. In 2012, he joined Keller Williams and was immediately recognized as one of the company's rising stars. Not one to rest on his laurels, he joined the company's Top 10 Agents in 2013 and broke into the Top 5 by 2020.

When not busy helping to expand his agency, Rashad enjoys spending time with his spouse and four children. He is also on the Board of Directors for LA Family Housing and is a diehard Lakers fan.
