We had an amazing experience selling our home with Jose Luis Morales and his team from the Morales Group. He sat down with us and frankly but kindly discussed the pros and cons of several options he offered, from buying our house as is, to assisting with updates and putting it back on the market. Every home selling situation is different and he had answers or recommendations for all of our specific needs. He even had people who removed our old dated furniture and other items off site to either donate or junk as appropriate. Then his stager made our home look simply gorgeous! Immediately upon entering you were greeted with elegant stylish furnishings which also felt warm, welcoming and comfortable. His photographer did a great job! And remember, your first showing is on-line! Everything came together so fast, we received 8 offers in 8 days after listing and with his great negotiation skills, received well over asking price and covering over double the cost of our updates!
