We met Rebekah the realtor for the first time at an open house in the neighborhood, although we had met her previously as a neighbor in the same neighborhood. She did an excellent job for us in promoting and selling our home. Everyone who walked through the house said that the house showed exactly the same as the photos/ movies on-line which they thought was great. She was always available to answer questions and to provide advice as requested. We highly recommend using Rebekah to sell your home or to help you find the home of your dreams.

I could not be more thrilled with my experience with Rebekah Sims. As an out-of-town buyer, I had no knowledge of real estate agents in the area. In my online searching, I happened to see a comment online that Rebekah Sims was the best in the business, so I called her. I am happy to report that this was 100% accurate. Rebekah was consistently attentive and responsive to my needs and text messages/calls. She recommended an excellent mortgage lender in the area, and helped me find local resources when we ran into issues during the inspection process. Because I was not local during the search and purchase process, she went above and beyond when it came to helping coordinate extra inspections and estimates needed at the house. She was completely on my side every step of the way and helped me negotiate a final deal that was highly favorable. I can't imagine the process going more smoothly, and I would never consider using anyone but Rebekah Sims for future real estate needs!

Definitely one of the better realtors I have worked with ... no question. If you want to sell your house , she will get it done. Very understanding, great communication, no bs.
