My experience with Rebekah Sims as my realtor was excellent. As a first time home buyer, I had little knowledge of the home buying process and was worried how that would affect the process for me. Rebekah was wonderful at walking me through the process step by step and explaining everything along the way that was easy to understand. She was easily available and checked in with me often. Rebekah is very professional, knowledgable, and personable, I can't recommend her enough!

As background information, my partner and I have three large dogs. As such, minimizing the amount of times we had to show our house was very important to us due to all the hassle that came with keeping the house presentable and corraling them into a car during showings. Not only was she able to accurately price our home within 30 minutes of seeing it for the first time, she was able to provide extremely detailed and precise guidance for what could provide the greatest return on investment and increase the likelihood of a speedy sale.

We were blown away at the speed she was able to get us multiple offers at our asking price - our house hadn't even been listed for sale yet! We showed the house twice over the course of a three day period and locked in an accepted offer on very favorable terms within one week of making the decision to sell with Rebekah.

It is not an overstatement to say that Rebekah is a master of her craft.

We were first time sellers and Rebekah made everything incredibly easy for us. She walked us through every step, every document, and answered any questions we had. She took the stress of selling away from us and turned it into such a positive experience! Rebekah priced our home flawlessly and had a marketing strategy like no one else around. Rebekah took what has historically been, in my experience, a very arduous and lengthy process and made it completely pain-free. She was incredibly knowledgeable, well prepared, and accessible throughout the entirety of both selling my house and purchasing the next one. We had an absolutely wonderful experience working with Rebekah Sims. Rebekah was extremely helpful in our search for a home. We presented a considerable challenge as we were selling a home out of state and looking in a very narrow area of Bloomington. Our sale took more than a year, during which Rebekah frequently contacted us with potential homes and was always available to show us homes that met our requirements, even knowing we were not ready to offer immediately. Ultimately, our home sold while we were on an extended overseas trip. Rebekah was able to negotiate a successful offer and complete a purchase on a previously seen home, including extensive inspections with follow up repair quotes in a very tight timeframe using her expertise in local businesses all with a 14 hour time difference.
