Reva Cotton is probably the best realtor I have ever dealt with. I was selling my deceased father's house as an executor, and that required judgment, hard work and a great attutide to bring about our sale. Reva knows the local market and has excellent knowledge of the ins and outs of her business. She proactively handles everything that needs to be done without reminder. She is also kind and fun to work with, which is a plus. She was able to recommend local contractors to help get the house in a better position to sell.
