Rhonda Franklin has helped hundreds of families throughout Tennessee and Mississippi make homeownership a reality—first as a mortgage loan originator in 1996 and later as a real estate agent starting in 2003. Within her first year, Rhonda was awarded Agent of the Year for both 2004 and 2005 and became a member of the Multi-Million Dollar Club. She is currently ranked among the top 25 agents within Kaizen Realty, which houses over 200 realtors.

In addition to her multimillion-dollar production, Rhonda is an avid supporter of multiple charities and community organizations, including St. Jude's Children's Hospital, the Memphis Cultural Arts and Enrichment Center, and the Memphis Union Mission. An enthusiast of travel and fitness, Rhonda enjoys volunteering with various youth programs and spending time with her family and her husband of over 25 years.
