The short version: Rick was absolutely incredible throughout our home buying process. The (slightly) longer version: We were buying our first home and were somewhat clueless. We had no idea what we were looking for and no idea where to look and no idea what to pay attention to. Rick got to know our preferences in all respects to help us narrow our search down, and patiently helped us see what potential pitfalls we’d be dealing with with each house we saw. He’s the son of a structural engineer, so he always presented houses from that standpoint- instead of “isn’t it pretty”, he’d point out possible issues and make sure we knew what we’d be getting into financially. He saved us from making huge mistakes on a couple of houses that we loved but had problems that we wouldn’t have even known to look at. He never tried to sell us a house, but rather he just wanted us to be able to make an informed decision. Trust me, this is "THE GUY" you want on your side.
