Mr. Rinesh Anand is very trustworthy. Not only did he put his feet into my shoes, he proactively took care of minor issues that I did not even think of. He seems to read my mind, knowing exactly what kind of home I need. He evaluated my situation and came out with a appropriate strategy so that a nice deal was achieved in two weeks! I remember reaching out to Rinesh Anand from red Diamond real estate group in regards to purchasing a pre sale unit in flamingo tower central city area. If it was not for Rinesh Anand I would have not be able to purchase one of the last unit available as he waited in line while I was running late to reach the office. Rinesh Anand strongly suggested me to read the pre sale unit contract before signing. I forgot to bring a bank draft which would have been commitment to the unit and Rinesh Anand happily said he will wait with one of the flamingo pre sale agent to hold spot for me. Rinesh Anand truly cares about his clients and is always willing to guide them in the right directions . I greatly appreciate his and Red diamond real estate groups support🙌
