I’m Rob Robinson III, a Chicago real estate broker, multifamily property investor, and firefighter with real estate experience dating back to 2018. I’m affiliated with Real Broker and Team SpaceMatch, serving buyers, sellers, and investors throughout Chicago and the surrounding suburbs.

My approach to real estate is simple: understand the client’s goals, explain their options, and develop a strategy that makes sense for their immediate needs and long-term future.

Over the years, I’ve helped first-time homebuyers purchase their first properties, homeowners successfully sell and transition into their next homes, and investors identify opportunities to build wealth through real estate.

My experience includes residential sales, new construction, condominium and townhome transactions, multifamily properties, and investment property evaluation. I’ve also received Top Producer recognition during my career.

As a multifamily property owner myself, I understand real estate from both the professional and ownership perspectives. I bring firsthand knowledge of property management, investment considerations, and the responsibilities that come with ownership.

My background as a Chicago firefighter reinforces the importance of preparation, accountability, clear communication, and remaining composed when situations become complicated.

What matters most to me is building relationships that extend beyond the closing table. Many of my clients have returned for additional transactions or referred friends and family because of the trust we’ve developed.
