Shawn Jones was my broker for a recent condo purchase, and I havenothing but good things to say about the experience. Shawn immediately impressed me with his responsiveness, including his availability outside of regular business hours. His knowledge of the real estate purchase process was impressive---something that was important to me. He communicated successfully on my behalf with the seller's broker, and helped me understand what I issues should worry/not worry about. In addition, his internal team mates and external team mates (lawyer, inspector) were all equally impressive---knowledgeable and service-oriented.

I am a designer and a very picky buyer, and Shawn/team exceeded all my expectations. I really felt that he was my advocate, and was protecting my interests throughout. I would gladly work with him again.
