Shawn is an amazing person and he personally connects with you and your needs. I would say as a first time home buyer he throughly checks every details and makes sure your best intrests are met. He works throughout the day and is honestly the few people that I can say that he will go the extra mile to make sure that everything is in order. He is knowledgeable about the areas in Chicago as well as different types of property. In addtion, he will make sure that you are comfortable with the whole process from start to end. I will use him again in future home buying and refer him to anyone that is intrested in buying property in the Chicagoland area! Thanks again Shawn, it was a pleasure to work for you!

I’ve been working with Shawn since I first moved to Chicago six years ago. He’s an excellent agent who’s very personable and trustworthy. I wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.

I met Shawn when my youngest son moved to Chicago for a job after graduating from College. My son called Shawn because he wanted to see a rental that Shawn was advertising. When that unit didn't work for Tommy, Shawn immediately went to work and found him the perfect place. It was immediately obvious that Shawn was a hard working honest Realtor who knew his way around Chicago. I was totally impressed and immediately considered him our first Chicago friend. A year and a half later, Tommy decided to stop renting and purchase a condo instead. Shawn immediately went to work and found him a great bank owned condo that Tommy will be able to make a good profit in while enjoying the condo for several years. He then turned around and helped me buy a downtown condo to use as a second home so i can keep tabs on my son :).

I am a RE investor/Realtor myself in the Seattle area and consider my knowledge in the field as high. For me to recommend a fellow Realtor is truly high remarks for Shawn. He is going places not for his ambition to make money but for his ambition to help people. He won't disappoint you.

Shawn did an excellent job selling an investment condo in a challenging building in Chicago that required a cash offer. The sale process took a while because of this, but Shawn never lost focus and helped drive the sale forward by being creative and staying in communication with us and potential buyers. Shawn also went above and beyond to manage the inspection process and even helped oversee some work that was required to close. A++
