Laura Topp was recommended by a trusted friend, a friend whom I will trust even more after this experience. Laura is extremely knowledgeable, personable and very well connected in the real estate market. Laura and her team (including Becki, also very involved in my sale and purchase) went over and above to insure my then-current home was sold in a timely manner (it was a matter of days, in fact) and for the best possible price! As for my purchase, Laura connected me with not only public but also private listings, and I also found/ contracted for my new dream home within days. In addition to her knowledge, expertise and connections, Laura is also one of the kindest people have ever met; she made me feel valued and supported throughout this entire process. I would recommend Laura and her team in a heartbeat (I already have) and although I was not previously aware of BHHS, this company also has high ratings in my book because of Laura and Becki.

Laura is a ROCK STAR when it comes to overall customer service. She took the time to listen to our needs and understand my limited availability to be involved with the purchase of a condo. She took our information and ran with it and within 3 weeks we found a suitable condo and closed on it. She got he job done and I couldn't have been happier with the way she treated my family members that were working with her to make decisions!

Love Laura. Her knowledge of the city is amazing but it's her work ethic and trustworthiness that really shines. She has always done an amazing job for me whether it is selling or buying a home. Laura is amazing and I can't recommend her highly enough! "Excellent" is true, but she is much more than that. She has been working with us for quite some time to sell our house and buy a condo (we are downsizing) in the City. Not only did she help us through the process but she referred us to workers and designers who helped us update our bathrooms, re-do our floors, and stage. Once the house was ready to list Laura got us multiple offers within 30 days and we closed yesterday! Laura has also patiently guided us through the buying process in this challenging market, and we look forward to closing on our new property in a few weeks.
