Robb went above and beyond all of my expectations of someone in his position to meet my needs. Here's the story: I was frantically looking for a place to rent and stumbled across a listing in Edmonds where I wouldn't be available to attend the open house. Robb instantly offered to show me the property outside of his regular hours. He arrived early and did all of the research pertaining to this particular unit. Funny enough, the keys in the lock box did not work in the lock for the unit. Instead of giving up, Robb contacted the listing agent, current tenant, and even went as far as asking a neighbor to find a possible solution. After some time, we were in the unit and his eye for detail along with assessment for value helped solidify my decision! If it weren't for his efforts, I would not have been in such a wonderful position. I will gladly refer any of my friends or family to Robb, knowing that he will do what it takes to help.
