He has been an excellent agent and very responsive and patient with my repeated change in requirements (first time home buyer), and repeated questions. The few times I hadn't gotten through to him immediately I received a call back within a very short time, a matter of minutes. Even working to help get a house sold on memorial day. Robb went above and beyond all of my expectations of someone in his position to meet my needs. Here's the story: I was frantically looking for a place to rent and stumbled across a listing in Edmonds where I wouldn't be available to attend the open house. Robb instantly offered to show me the property outside of his regular hours. He arrived early and did all of the research pertaining to this particular unit. Funny enough, the keys in the lock box did not work in the lock for the unit. Instead of giving up, Robb contacted the listing agent, current tenant, and even went as far as asking a neighbor to find a possible solution. After some time, we were in the unit and his eye for detail along with assessment for value helped solidify my decision! If it weren't for his efforts, I would not have been in such a wonderful position. I will gladly refer any of my friends or family to Robb, knowing that he will do what it takes to help.

Robb is phenomenal! We worked with him for about a year, starting with some land search when we were still located in Chicago area. Although it wasn't a high dollar transaction, he went out of his way to go make a video for us and send us the link since he knew we couldn't actually see the lot in person.
