Year-over-year, Windsor’s rolling three-month numbers point to notable price growth, with the typical home value up nearly 12 percent and the median list price also higher. At the same time, homes are taking much longer to sell than a year ago, with median days on market jumping sharply even as months of supply has edged only slightly higher.
