Robb is a top shelf agent! He knows his local area and is very responsive in communication. I especially appreciate his ability to utilize technology and our transactions were very easy to do on the go. Robb is phenomenal! We worked with him for about a year, starting with some land search when we were still located in Chicago area. Although it wasn't a high dollar transaction, he went out of his way to go make a video for us and send us the link since he knew we couldn't actually see the lot in person. I don't think there are many realtors who would even bother to do that. This is how we knew we found the right person to work with.
Robb has all the qualities you'd seek in a great realtor. Professional (knows his stuff), extremely responsiveness, communicative (email, text, app, phone - whatever works for the customer) and patient.
