Robert Galvan provided exceptional service. This is a tough market and he stuck it out with us and helped us navigate it. He guided us through every step of this process making the home buying journey surprisingly unstressful. He listened carefully to what we were looking for and made this process seemless where we didn't waste time viewing homes that were not a match for our family needs. I would without a doubt recommend Robert because of his patience and exceptional knowledge of the industry. He taught us so much during this process.

What stood out to us is that although Robert was very professional he was also personable. He explained the process to us every step of the way making it very easy for us to understand from the different types of market to the market we are in, styles of homes to making an offer and working with the lender. Usually the home buying process is an overwhelming one but we can truly say that it was not that way for us. We believe because of Robert's open communication and timely responsiveness made all the parts to this process fall into place.

From the first introduction Robert was friendly, professional and clearly had a lot of knowledge and advice for us to leverage. He wanted to make sure he understood our search criteria and gave us options in that range as well as other options we may not have considered typically. Robert was right a lot more than he was wrong!

I can honestly say every open house and viewing we attended had potential for a purchase. Robert clearly knew what we were looking for even if we were not 100% ourselves. He also made himself available for any questions we had, in fact we often got replies immediately regardless of the time of day.

He was also very empathetic when understanding our needs and used his experience to discuss houses that would and wouldn't work for various reasons. Robert was keen to point out numerous things that we should consider (both good and bad) and he attended our house inspection in person which was a nice touch.

Regards local knowledge, Robert was always pointing out places of interest, things to consider and commute opportunities. Having children himself, he spoke fluently about local events and family activities that took place across the area.

Being a first time buyer I was very impressed with the attention and level of detail Robert provided to us. He literally guided us through each step in the sales process, setting expectations and timelines accordingly.

Robert was always friendly and honest although he remained 100% professional throughout. We certainly felt he had our best interest in mind when looking for our dream home. We are VERY happy with the end result and could not be happier with our purchase.
