I cannot even begin to accurately describe how much Vanessa meant to us throughout this entire process. Being first time home buyers, we knew next to nothing about the process of buying a house. Vanessa outlined everything for us, from what her role as a realtor is, what to look for when touring a home, and the nitty gritty details when putting in an offer. For about 6 months, she would send us listings, go see places for us when we were unable to, answer every little and big question that we could muster, and always did it with patience and kindness. She made one of the most difficult processes to be simple and enjoyable, and we cannot recommend her enough. She is an expert in her field, and has created a wonderful network of recommendations when it comes to mortgage companies and attorneys. Overall, Vanessa is amazing and I cannot imagine buying a home without her.

As we cleaned and set up the house for staging, she visited many times to ensure the house looked its best. She went above and beyond when she brought staging items in to enhance our house to selling perfection. Anytime we had stress, she was right there to tell us not to worry and why, in her calm soothing way. Vanessa was with us every step from pre-staging to closing. In fact, she even helped us find an awesome apartment to move to post closing. We could not have made a better choice and with all our worries, absolutely everything went smoothly.
