I met Chris via Zillow when I scheduled a last minute showing to see a property that was within close proximity to the area I was in. He ended up getting the lead and showed up with 30 minutes of me scheduling the appointment. He was actually early. Not even sure how he pulled that off! That house wasn’t for me but I asked Chris to stick with me and he gave me his word that he would. I’m shocked that he held true to that commitment and personally guided me through every step of the process.

Buying a home can be challenging, but Chris made it his priority to ensure I fully understood each and every step that would occur. As questions arose, he was right there to answer me & offer sound advice. I’m shocked how prompt he was with his responses, be it answering the phone or responding to my texts. We live in a world where individuals make commitments & don’t follow through. It was the exact opposite with Chris.

That being said, I am not easy to work. I demand excellence and want to fully understand everything that is happening. I’m detail oriented, very particular and over the top with my expectations. I was transparent about all of that with Chris out of the gates. I suspect he was a little unsure of what kind of person he was dealing with, but to his credit he welcomed me with open arms. I was expecting him to quickly disappear once he got a true taste of how I operate but it actually ended up being the exact opposite. The deeper I dug in the more Chris embraced working with me. That showed me what a true professional he really is & the character he possesses.

I don’t usually write reviews but really felt compelled to do so given the experience I had with Chris. He didn’t ask me to do it…I told him I wanted to do it. He played a major part in helping me find the house of my dreams. He didn’t disappear when his piece of the pie was complete. He hung right by my side with the mortgage, insurance, legal process & everything in between. His network of resources runs deep. He connected me with everyone I needed to successfully get through the home buying endeavor & like him…they all ended up being true professionals.
This isn’t a part time gig for Chris. It’s how he earns a living, how he supports his family and ultimately a passion that clearly runs deep for him.

Chris not only helped me find the home of my dreams, but also helped me as a human being, as buying a house has a lot of ups & downs. He was readily available when I needed to bend his ear and for that I will be forever grateful.

Make what you will out of this review. I’m not here to sell anyone on who you should work with in your home search. Simply stated, if I had to do it all over again & I certainly will at some point, Chris is my guy. I’ll never use anyone else as long as he’s still in this business.
