We had a comfortable experience with Robert. We never felt a need to step-in or nervous and we usually feel a need to step-in and correct thing but not this time.

Robert was a great person to deal work with. We told him what we were looking for and exceed our expectation. He was very knowledgeable, friendly and very patient with us. He referred us to other people along the way to help us with the process. He was available when we were available to go out in look at properties. We were at his office late until 9pm to get started on our contract.

Overall we will send friends and family to Robert.

Robert has helped my husband and I on many occasions, whether helping us or our parents. I would not use any agent other than Robert Morales. He has always been professional, considerate, knowledgeable, and easily accessible.

In a word - wonderful!!

I met Robert Morales quite by chance, and so happy I did. I was on Zillow and messaged him regarding one of his listings that I was interested in. I sent the Zillow message figuring I'd never hear from him because my past experience is that realtors never respond to messages regarding listings on Zillow and Realtor.com. I was pleasantly surprised when I heard from Robert almost immediately. He scheduled a showing of his listing right away and when I wasn't interested in the property, he made it a point to listen to what I was looking for in a new home and he embarked on a search to help me find a place that I am really happy with. He never made me feel like I was imposing even though I wanted to see several properties before making my decision. Robert also has a lot of connections in related industries that he is happy to share with his clients. I just closed on my new home and appreciate Robert's efforts. He's a knowledgable realtor, very attentive, and quite personable. Can't say enough great things about him.

Robert is very knowledgeable and his experience is highly noticeable. He provides advice of all necessary changes you need to do and not to do before the house is on the market. The advertising is superb and he is always available for any questions along the way. He is very honest and makes time to ensure you understand everything that is happening and always take your opinion in consideration. I have and would recommend him anytime.
