Lauderhill had 143 new listings and 77 listings that went under contract in October, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 682—up 0.15% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in November.
Of those 682 active listings, 21.55% reduced their price in the month of October. The median listing price for homes in Lauderhill grew 4.52% from September to October, bringing the current median listing price to $185,000. Based on projected data for November, listing prices may continue to grow.
The number of days that homes have been on the market prior to going under contract rose year-over-year.
