July’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $470,000—down 0.0% over the previous 12 months. For comparison, county-level data pegged home values at $445,000 in Broward County for the most recent reporting period. That number is expected to float around $430,000 in August.
Davie had 140 new listings and 112 listings that went under contract in July, decreasing the area’s total available inventory to 525—down 3.14% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further decreased in August.
