January’s finalized data reported the typical value of a home in the city to be $977,500—up 45.9% over the previous 12 months. Lauderdale-by-the-Sea had 39 new listings and 17 listings that went under contract in January, increasing the area’s total available inventory to 174—up 1.16% from the previous month. Inventory is projected to have further increased in February.
