I recently had a great experience working with Gary in the purchase of a home. Gary is a true professional-knowledgeable, committed, great communicator & a personable, pleasant person to work with. He was an informative advisor throughout the process, which took several months given the current housing shortage. He was quick to respond to questions & inquiries providing valuable insight & information. When we found our home he worked through a challenging process involving foot-dragging & delays on the seller side. They were delinquent in clearing liens on the property which resulted in delays in closing. Gary went over & above to move the process forward.
