Sandy was up for the challenge selling for us, despite no open houses allowed during COVID and having tenants in the house who would not allow showings at all. Sandy has a strong background in marketing and it really showed in the magic she performed to get our property sold. She hired a team of amazing professional photographers and videographers and made a special website just for our property. She posted the video and photos all over social media, and used highly targeted marketing to advertise to buyers who could afford the price tag. The response was great and buyers were well-qualified before they were allowed to tour the property, which made us feel a lot better about who was entering the home. Because the house was a custom build to our taste, buyers had their own ideas about how to reconfigure some of the rooms and Sandy facilitated getting contractors to give bids so potential buyers would know what their cost would be. That made them feel a lot more comfortable and worked well for the buyers. Communication was excellent through the entire process and we really feel like we got top dollar. Sandy and David did a stellar job of helping me with the sale of my house. They fought for me when the buyer demanded a new roof and called for second opinions with roofers known to be honest. They were able to show that my roof did not need immediate replacement as had been indicated by the buyer’s inspector.
