Stephanie did a great and quick job in selling my house. It was on the market for all of 3-4 days. She and her people worked hard to sell the house quickly and managed the paperwork professionally. I would use their services again for sure.

This was a very tough sale in that the principals for the Stopa Trust were AWOL or uncooperative at times. It as 2 steps forward 1 step back. But Stephanie had a bundle of patience and worked thru it. This required thinking outside the box.

Stephanie Woods was very thorough in reviewing my property and working with me on setting a price. She was awesome to work with. Everything went quickly and professionally. She got the job done quickly and to my satisfaction. I never got to meet her in person...but I look forward to doing that at some point.
