James and his group are absolutely amazing!!!! Unfortunately for us James was not the first agent we listed with. Unfortunately for him he got us after we had already had a terrible experience. I can only imagine I probably wasn’t easy to work with in the beginning, but that didn’t stop James from wanting us as a clients. If anything I think he just worked harder at that point earning our trust. Through some tough conversations (100% on me) and a million questions, we decided James was definitely the best agent we could possibly choose. Not only him, but the entire team is absolutely incredible! James went above and beyond to do everything right! He was there in ways I would’ve never expected from an agent. He was always just a phone call away to answer any questions or concerns we had. I could go on and on about how incredible this team is!!! I want to share my experience purchasing 439 Canyon Springs Rd. Prescott, AZ. My wife and I left Central Virginia after 22 years with our eyes set on our forever home in Prescott. I met James Michener enquiring about a property i wanted to view and In the process we talked for a good while and he explained and advised me it was in my best interest to use a Realtor in purchasing my home in AZ. He assured me that Rikki was an exceptional Realtor focused and tailored to the individual buyer. Shortly after, my wife and I met Rikki Avila! hence the true purpose of this review. She is a sort of a Boutique Realtor in the sense she stylizes herself by limiting her exposure. You get the sense right away she is only there for you and navigating the process with you, and focused on you. She creates a natural reporte with you which allows for good dialouge and assurance that in the end we will find just what we were hoping for. We did eventually find that home and her patience with us.
